I want to make a change to my order
If your order is not already packed and shipped, we will gladly make adjustments to meet your wishes. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the changes you would like to make, and we will see what we can do.
Will products that are out of stock be restocked?
Almost all products are limited editions, and once they are out of stock they will not be restocked. Anette Moi draws new posters quite often, so check back in soon and you might find something else you like. New products will also be announced on Instagram @anettemoi .
Can I visit your studio and buy things there?
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to keep the studio open for visitors. Items are much easier to view on the website, as we keep them on top of each other in big drawers and shelves. This is the place where we do all our work, so we have made everything easy for packing, not easy for viewing…
Can I get a custom portrait/drawing?
If you want a portrait drawn in Anette Moi style, you will find all the information you need about sizes, prices and how to order here. Custom drawings will be prized the same way. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com to inquire about what custom drawings Anette Moi will be able to do.
What’s the delivery time?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within one week. All orders are shipped from Stavanger sentrum with Bring, with tracking. The delivery time will vary depending on your address, but it usually takes about three days. Please note that both us and Bring only work during regular business days (not weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time can and will be affected by holiday seasons and when we have items on sale, as we experience a much higher volume of orders during these times. We ask you to be patient – we are packing and shipping as fast as we can!
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with Bring, with tracking. Prints and posters will be delivered in a cardboard tube, to your nearest pick up-point, and clothing and smaller items will be delivered to your mailbox. Bring will update you about the shipment and pick up time by SMS or e-mail using the phone number/e-mail address you provided at check out.
Where and when can I pick up my order in Stavanger?
At check out, you have the option to choose Local pickup which is free of charge, and means you can come to the studio to pick up your order when it is packed. You will get information about this in an e-mail when it is ready. The studio is located in downtown Stavanger, Valberget 11 (entrance around the corner, name next to the door), and we are only there during regular working hours.
If you are taking time off work or going out of your way to pick up your order, please e-mail us in advance to make sure we are actually there, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We sometimes pop out to get more ink to the printer or to make a delivery at the post office.
I do not have time to pick up my order this week!
You do not have to hurry down to pick it up, your order is waiting patiently. However, if weeks pass by without us hearing from you, we will send you a reminder. When it has been over a month and we still have not heard anything, we will probably soon refund you and put the items back for sale.
Where do you ship?
We only ship to Norway.
How do I return something?
If you change your mind about an order, you should notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and return it within 14 days of having notified us. To return an order, please contact email@example.com and wait for our reply.
