Prices and delivery charges
All prices shown on the Anette Moi website, www.anettemoi.com, are including VAT for all countries within EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. All order within EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – all taxes and duties are included in the product prices.
Outside of EU – VAT exempt purchases
All prices shown on the Anette Moi website, www.anettemoi.com, are excluding VAT for all countries outside EU, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Anette Moi has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Anette Moi cannot predict their amount. Anette Moi advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
The seller will demand payment for the order when it gets shipped from the seller to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit or debit card as a payment,the seller can reserve the amount the same day as the order and the amount will get withdrawal the day the order is shipped.
If you pay via Klarna Checkout, they will send you a invoice when the order is shipped. The payment deadline will be on the invoice, and the minimum is 14 days after order is recieved.
Buyers under 18 years old can not pay with invoice.
The order is delivered when the consumer has received it.
The order is shipped via Posten Norge in Norway. You have options when you choose shipping, if you choose Norgespakken the delivery time is max 5 days. If you choose normal mail, the delivery time is from 1-2 weeks. In Europe and rest of the world the delivery time is 1-3 weeks. All worldwide shipping are with tracking. Maximum 30 days from the order is made to the order is delivered to the consumer.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Anette Moi in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, Anette Moi should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.
Anette Moi has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 2 months from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Anette Moi should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults. Anette Moi has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been sold out, the customer will receive a full refund.

Anette Moi and the consumer willl try to solve eventually disputes in amicability. The consumer can contact Forbrukerrådet and get aid in an eventually dispute with the seller.If there is no resolution after Forbrukerrådet, the seller & consumer can write to Forbrukerrådet and they can promote the dispute for Forbrukertvistutvalget. The decisions Forbrukertvistuvalget takes are legal bounded four weeks after. Before the desicion is legal bounded, the seller and consumer can bring the decision to the district court.
